Wedding Photographics has a $500 non-refundable retainer fee for the wedding date. The full amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the wedding date. If your wedding date has to be cancelled for some reason, you owe nothing else! And if you've paid in advance for any wedding albums and any other products not yet provided to you, we will refund those payments. The $500 retainer fee is for TWO photographers.

We guarantee to have the full resolution, custom retouched and copyright released wedding images in the Archival Gold DVD Package ready for pick-up within 30 days, if ordered. If the Archival Gold DVD Package is not completed and ready for pick-up within 30 days, we will provide the Archival Gold DVD Package to you at NO CHARGE and we will refund $500.00 payment for the Archival Gold DVD Package back to you. The Archival Gold DVD Package consists of one deluxe double DVD album for the bride & groom with two archival gold DVD copies of wedding and two deluxe single DVD albums with one archival gold DVD of wedding per DVD album. Wedding photography albums are guaranteed to be completed and ready for pick-up within 21 business days after you have provided all photo selections to us and after you have approved all album page designs. In the event we do not have albums ordered ready for pick-up within 21 business days, we must provide the ordered album(s) to you at NO CHARGE and must refund advanced payments for the album(s) to you.

Our Wedding Photography Collection works very well for the vast majority of weddings. However, we may discuss modifications to fit your individual needs. We are flexible and easy to work with. Please fill out this wedding photography Questionnaire (PDF) and fax to us or bring to your no obligation appointment with us. This will assist us in suggesting the best wedding photography coverage, any album(s) and if you choose to hire us later, we will have all this information in our records to better serve you.

Distant visitors to our website who are considering our services may preview our Wedding Photography Contract and schedule a telephone interview. If you decide you would like to use our services, simply complete the contract and fax to us. We will fax back to you completed and signed. Only if you are satisfied with how the contract has been completed and signed, you then pay the retainer fee to make the contract effective.

(Signatures alone do not make the contract effective as stated in the contract. As with most contracts - your signature and ours simply means we understand and agree to the terms of the contract - signatures alone do not put a contract into effect. In our case, it is the payment of the retainer which makes the contract effective as stated in the contract and which our signatures indicate we understand and agree to).
