Distant Clients May Book Wedding Day with Us
First,
contact us to make sure your Wedding Day is available.
If it is, we will email the wedding photography contract to you.
If the terms and provisions of the contract are
acceptable to you, fill out the contract as much
as possible & sign. At minimum, you must provide
the DATE you are reserving and the city and state
where the wedding and reception will be located.
The street addresses of the wedding &
reception venues in your contracted
city and state may be added to the contract later
if they have not been reserved at time of this
contract signing. The important thing for now
is just to book your wedding photographers before
they are booked by someone else. Now that the
contract has been completed as much as possible,
FAX the contract to us. We will complete the contract
and sign. We will write down the contract package
description if needed. We will then FAX the contract
back to you. If it is acceptable to you, then
you must pay the $500 non-refundable Reservation
Deposit using the PayPal email payment link we
email to you to make the contract effective. (Remember,
the contract is not effective until you are satisfied
it is completely & accurately filled &
signed by you and us and then it can only be
made effective with your payment of the Reservation
Deposit as stipulated in the Contract itself).
You will have 24 hours in which to do this. That's
it. You now have two professional photographers
for your special day!
Both distant and local clients
may cancel the contract within 72 hours after
paying reservation deposit and be refunded the
full amount of reservation deposit. No questions
asked. Immediate refund (so we may book someone
else) since this refund nullifies the contract. |
