Contemporary Style Photography: Tilted & Off-Center Compositions

Tilting and changing the center point in photographs are simply cropping options when you have the high resolution photo DVDs. We include some of this style of photography for every wedding and you can select other images from your photo DVDs we provide you to apply cropping changes to as well. The bride who has her full-resolution wedding images has many creative opportunities with her photographs.

In this instance, the composition of the before and after versions of this same photograph stand on their own.

Since we shoot with higher megapixel cameras, we can tilt and off-center images originally shot straight . . . and still maintain high quality resolution. So if you would prefer to have more tilted and off-center photography than we originally shot for you, it is very easy for us to create more of those for you in post-production.

Here the natural incline of a hill tilted this casual group pose. I tilted them in photoshop to produce a more level horizon and also decided to convert to black & white tone.

This composition is slightly tilted, just off-center and shows the effect of a fish-eye lens.

Cherry couldn't resist getting this shot of me capturing the first kiss as husband & wife.

Here the image was tilted and I zoomed in closer to the bride.
