We provide one camera video coverage of the Ceremony with wireless microphone to capture the exchange of wedding vows with crystal clarity.
Many
photographers desire to capture emotion
- but a still camera does not capture the tone
of someone's voice and the break in a father's voice
as he proudly bestows his blessings on the marriage
of his daughter or son. Moreover, some wedding venues
do not allow flash photography or even distracting
camera sounds during the Ceremony. A growing number of churches do not allow photographers to be moving around and shooting during the Ceremony. Unfortunately, this is because a growing number of photographers are making a major distraction of themselves by even moving in and around the wedding party during the Ceremony. It is very easy
for us to continue working for you by shooting video
exclusively during these times while the conventional
pro photographer would have little if anything to do
for you. This also saves you time from reenacting so
that photographer would be able to stage Ceremony shots.
By our shooting video during the Ceremony, your chances of going on to the reception just after the Ceremony is greatly increased.
Video Short Sample
We do NOT provide cinema style video as this would mean the videographer "directing" the bride, groom and wedding party to create a movie production. We do not want to make actors out of you. This is especially important if you want us to shoot journalistically and capture great candid moments with our still cameras. When the bride, groom and wedding party knows there is a videographer who may step in at anytime to "direct" contrived action - this very often makes it difficult for everyone just to be themselves during the course of the day so the photographer may discreetly capture great candid moments as they naturally unfold - documentary style.
There are photographers and videographers of various skill levels. Any photographer and/or videographer who tells you that you can have a LOT of candid/journalistic style photography AND cinema style videography should be expected to prove it by showing you a couple of weddings where the same photographer & videographer worked together and produced the desired results. I'm not saying it can't be done, just be sure the particular photographer & videographer you are considering have worked together that closely in the past and actually achieved the results you are looking for. In fact, this is why you will find the vast majority of photographers have contracts which exclude other pro photographers and videographers have contracts which exclude other pro videographers from shooting - to avoid creative shooting conflicts. In any case, every time a cinema style videographer is directing the action, the still photographer loses time getting to shoot natural and spontaneous interaction.

by providing both video and photography. While a videographer
may require you to pay for two or more video camera coverage,
we are able to provide you
complete coverage by shooting
both video and still as a team with a shared creative
vision - helping to ensure you receive a creative
and coherent video production and wedding album.

bride does not have to obligate herself to any wedding
album until she has personally viewed her photo DVDs
of 400+ digitally mastered 13 megapixel images and her
Wedding Day video DVD. After viewing these she may then
choose a custom designed album with photographs she
selects which best compliments her video in telling
her Wedding Day Story. Naturally, if she chooses to
acquire her album from Wedding Photographics, it will
be available to her at very special pricing.
Video Services Package Price: Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony and Reception video coverage up to 8 hours. Typically includes bride and groom prepping, Ceremony with wireless microphone for crystal clear capture of vow exchange, bride & groom entry at reception, first dance bride and groom, mother & son dance, father & daughter dance, cake cutting, toasting, best wishes from family and friends, garter removal, garter toss, bouquet toss, bride and groom departure. Up to 2 hours of post-edited video on DVDs. Your video will be ready for viewing and pick-up within 30 days after your Wedding Day.

NOTE: If an independent video service is used,
we will not provide any video coverage to avoid video
shooting conflicts.
